This User Agreement and the license rights granted hereunder shall remain in effect unless terminated or canceled by Bystox.in immediately for any unauthorized access or use by you, or if you violate any other terms of this User Agreement.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to Bystox.in. Regardless of the reason for termination, any fees charged for access to Bystox.in are non-refundable.
15. Jurisdiction
These terms are exclusively governed by and subject to the laws of India. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Guwahati, India, for all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website.
